I went for my appointment today only to find my appointment had been cancelled the surgery did not bother to contact me and so i wasted my time getting to the surgery luckily at no cost to myself . I was very disappointed to say the least as this appointment had been booked for well over a week , it would have been nice to have been contacted and told of the cancellation then perhaps I would not be left in some discomfort for another 5 days as this is the nearest appointment I could get .sorry but not great care

Waiting 25 mins for on the phone to speak to someone, then being told it was 6 to eight weeks to see a doctor and if I wanted to speak to one she could call me back in 10 days. What a rubbish service no wonder people don't think this practice with some 20.000 patients is a hood idea. Such a shame for the receptionist who have to give you this news, so do it politely others not so. What a shambles!!

Doctors are very friendly and actually listen rather than trying to get you out of the door quickly. Diagnosis has been spot on everytime and sorted out very quickly. Couldn't ask for a better service from all the staff at Poplar Grove Practice.

This surgery is amazing the doctors listen to you rather than jumping to diagnose you. If you have long term illnesses like I do they are always helping & encouraging you. The doctors will always have your care & well being at the fore front of their care. All the staff within the surgery are extremely helpful & nothing is too much trouble.

When the surgery is closed for training a post box to be able to put in letters from the hospital would be useful. Telephone - average 5 mins to get an answer, was so much better when ringing Broughton House Surgery! - this has to be sorted!
